Film Would You Rather (2012) - Would You Rather is a 2012 American horror film based on the party game "Would You Rather".Raleigh (Logan Miller) has leukemia, and he and sister Iris (Brittany Snow) cannot afford to pay for treatment. They are introduced to a seemingly philanthropic billionaire named Shepard Lambrick (Jeffrey Combs), who offers them a deal: if Iris competes and wins in a game, his charitable foundation will pay for Raleigh's treatment and find her a bone marrow donor.
Iris arrives at the Lambrick House, meeting up with Shepard and his son, Julian. Among the other contestants are Lucas (Enver Gjokaj); Travis (Charlie Hofheimer), a war veteran; Amy (Sasha Grey), a woman who lost her daughter at the hands of her husband; Linda (June Squibb), an elderly woman paralyzed in a wheelchair; Peter (Robb Wells), a man who had a serious gambling problem; Cal (Eddie Steeples) and Conway (John Heard), a man who had a drinking problem and was plunged into debt. When Iris arrives, they begin the dinner party.

Iris points out she's a vegetarian after it was revealed that they will be serving meat. Shepard offers $10,000 if she eats the meat, which Iris accepts. After pouring wine for his guests, Conway tells Shepard that he doesn't drink. Shepard offers him $10,000 for drinking a glass of wine, or $50,000 for drinking a canteen of Scotch. Conway accepts the $50,000 and drinks the scotch.
After dinner ends, the game starts. It is a deadly version of the popular party game, "Would You Rather?" Shepard offers his guests the chance to leave, but no one does. Bevans (Jonny Coyne), Shepard's butler, comes in with an electric shock machine with two wired headbands, which are placed on Cal and Amy. Conway attempts to escape but is shot by Bevans. In Round One, one of the players wearing a headband is given a buzzer with two buttons: one button is a self-inflicted shock, and the second delivers a shock to the other player. After the group goes around making tough decisions, they finally end the round with everyone surviving.
